Dr Kenny Pang is a leader in the field of ENT, Sleep Medicine and Sleep Surgery. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He attained his Surgical Fellowship from both the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and Ireland, and his Masters of Medicine (ENT), Singapore.

Dr Pang completed the sleep surgery and sleep medicine fellowship with Professor David Terris, in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Georgia Sleep Centre, Medical College of Georgia (MCG) in USA; and with Professor Tucker Woodson in Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, USA. He also spent time on robotic tongue base surgery with Professor Claudio Vicini, in Forli, Italy. He is well versed in treating all forms of sleep disorders, including snoring, obstructive sleep apnoea, insomnia, sleepwalking, night terrors and bedwetting.

Dr Pang invented 2 very successful snoring sleep apnea surgeries, the Expansion Sphincter Pharyngoplasty (2007) and the Anterior Palatoplasty (2006).

He introduced the Sleep Goal Index as a new measure of outcomes of sleep apnea intervention.

Dr Pang is the course director of 10 major international courses in Singapore 2006, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, which were attended by more than 1000 ENT specialists from all over the world.

He has been invited over 90 times Internationally as Lecturer and Keynote Speaker in Sleep and Snoring Courses. His latest successful sleep surgery course was in London, that saw over 103 delegates from over 29 countries.

Dr Pang is the author of Singapore’s “Handbook of ENT & Sleep Disorder” and the “Sleep Solutions/Sleep Matters Book”. He has written over 40 chapters for various American ENT / Sleep textbooks; and published over 70 scientific papers in international journals.

Dr Kenny Pang is the Chief Editor in the International Sleep Surgical Textbook for surgeons, titled “Advanced Surgical Technique in Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea”, published by the American Plural Publishing.

Dr Kenny served the Singapore Government Ministry of Health hospitals for 13 years, before going into private practice. Dr Pang has been Medical Director, Asia Sleep Centre for 19 years.

Dr Pang is a reviewer of many international peer-reviewed journals, like the Laryngoscope, European Archives of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, etc.

Dr Pang is the Associate Editor of the Canadian Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

Consultant ENT and Sleep Surgeon
University College London Hospitals

Mr Cheong is a substantive Consultant ENT and Specialist Sleep Surgeon at the world-leading Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals, University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and the Cleveland Clinic London. He is currently the only Consultant ENT Surgeon in the UK with a full-time NHS practice exclusively in snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea.

He is a multi-award-winning surgeon recognised by prestigious institutions such as the Royal Society of Medicine, the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and the British Rhinological Society. He completed his extensive higher surgical training in the full breadth of ENT at world-class institutions including the Royal Marsden Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital, and the Royal London Hospital.

Mr Cheong successfully performed the first Genio Nyxoah hypoglossal nerve implants and the first female Inspire hypoglossal nerve implants for sleep apnoea in the UK. As the first surgeon in the country to accomplish this, he has been featured on the BBC, Sky News, The Guardian, The Times, The Independent, and other major media outlets.

He is the Founder and Course Director of the first International Sleep Surgery Course in the UK, accredited by ENT UK.

He is also the first surgeon in the UK to have completed the Royal Society of Medicine Ellison-Cliffe Travelling Fellowship at the Stanford University Hospital Sleep Medicine Division, and the Dowager Countess Eleanor Peel Trust Travelling Fellowship at the Asia Sleep Surgery Centre in Singapore.

He has delivered more than 30 international and national academic presentations and published in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals such as The Lancet and JAMA. He is a regularly invited keynote international speaker at scientific meetings and has held multiple leadership positions in national ENT societies, including the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery.
