The EROC Global Forum 2027 Scientific Committee invites you to submit your Poster Presentation Abstract and contribute to the evolving scientific programme of EROC 2027.

Share your research, showcase your expertise, and engage with a distinguished audience of internationally renowned and regional experts in ENT, Otolaryngology (ORL), Head & Neck Surgery, and allied specialties.

Poster presentations provide an excellent opportunity to present innovative research, clinical experiences, emerging technologies, and best practices while fostering scientific exchange and collaboration within the global ENT community.

We encourage researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and academics to submit their work and be part of shaping the scientific content of the EROC Global Forum 2027.

All abstracts are to be written in English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts where the English structure makes comprehension difficult.

Correspondence

Corresponding authors must provide the organizers with their full mailing address, office hours phone number, fax number and email address. Author and co-author information must be provided including the first and last names of all authors, their department, institution / hospital, city, state if applicable and country. Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine whether a submission is accepted as a free paper or a poster and its decision is final. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for grammar and clarity. The Abstract may be scheduled for presentation on any day from 14-16 January 2027.

Correspondence
  • The title must be brief, concise, and in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Abstract title limit: 15 words.
  • Authors: Please enter your name and your colleagues’ names as you wish them to appear in the Final Program.
  • The Abstract text should have a minimum of 250 words and maximum of 350 words only.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the rights to redact any submission
  • Abbreviations should be spelled out, in parenthesis, in its first use in the abstract.

  • Once your abstract is accepted as oral or poster, the secretariat will contact you for further information and instruction.
  • If you have any problem submitting your abstract through the online system, please contact the Secretariat for assistance.
