He is Board Certified by the International & European Boards for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. His major field of interest is focused on aesthetic and functional nasal surgery, although he is very expert in all fields of facial plastic surgery such as Blepharoplasty, Otoplasty, Botox & Filler injections, Facial augmentation and …. He is one of the pioneers & very expert and famous surgeons regarding Endonasal technique for Septorhinoplasty operation ( Scarless Technique ) and till now he had more than twenty thousand Septorhinoplasty operations by this unique approach with excellent results.

Dr. Mesbahi regularly is invited as faculty speaker for lecturing & live surgeries for unique Endonasal technique for Septorhinoplasty operation in all parts of the world. He is General Secretary of Pan Asian Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery ( PAAFPRS ) & International Representative of European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS). He is General Secretary of Iranian Rhinologic Society (IRS). He is a very active member of American & European Academies of Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery (AAFPRS), (ERS), (EAFPS) beside the Pan Asian Academy of Facial Plastic and reconstructive Surgery Society also (PAAFPRS). He is the founder and course director of the Shiraz Rhinology & Facial Plastic Surgery International Course (SRFPSIC) that is one the most attractive and practical Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery courses in the Middle East. He is very active board member of International Rhinology Society ( IRS ) . Dr. Mesbahi is honorary member of Italian Rhinology Society & Vice president of Facial Plastic surgery committee of Middle East Academy of Otorhinolaryngology .He is honorary member of South of Africa Rhinoplasty Surgeons Academy ( SORSA ).
